JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a Pharmaceutical Company based in Mainland Axis Lagos Mainland is seeking suitable and qualified candidates to fill in the role of a cashier.

DESCRIPTION
Female Cashier

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.      Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.
2.      Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
3.      Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
4.      Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
5.      Communicate Guest requests to management.
6.      Any other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.      Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
2.      Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
3.      Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
4.      Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
5.      Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
6.      Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge.

o   Trustworthiness and high regard for personal integrity.
o   Ability to learn fast.
o   Fantastic attitude.
o   Good communication and interpersonal skill.
o   Computer proficiency (at least Microsoft word and excel) and living within Gbagada, Ojota  or other close environs.
o   This role is for (SSCE & OND holder).

He is also experienced in the area of Product Concept Designs and Deployment for consumers in a highly competitive market. He has a very good understanding of consumer behavioral patterns and in the deployment of quick wins and long term solutions aimed at customer retention and building of brand loyalty. He is also experienced in handling the administrative aspects of technical
situations without getting carried away with the need to try out new technological ideas at the detriment of the objective and purpose of the business in general. Asotie is a certified Project Management professional and also possesses certifications and training in Oracle 9i.

*Olusegun A. Adejoba: graduated with a second class Upper division in Civil Engineering and also holds an Honours degree in Accounting from the Oxford Brooks University, United Kingdom. He is an affiliate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, UK. He is currently pursuing an Executive Masters degree in Business Administration from the Pan African University. Olusegun has over 12 years experience in Commercial Advisory, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Relationship Management. Olusegun is skilled in IT-Audit, E-business and Income Optimization. He has undergone certificate courses in Basic Credit Risk Analysis, Effective communication and Business Writing, Business Etiquette, Personal effectiveness and Total Quality Management Training. Olusegun brings in a wealth of experience from the Financial and Consulting environment.

*Olusola O. Isiade: is an Information and Telecommunication Technology Project Manager with experience in numerous multi-million dollar projects in major Telecommunication companies in Nigeria. A Project Management Professional (PMP), his areas of competency include Developing and Leading teams, Project Budget Development and Capitalization, Operational Services Management, Wireless Network Design and Optimization. Olusola graduated with a second class upper degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Ibadan and he is currently undergoing an MBA programme at the Bradford University, United Kingdom.


IT/CISA EXPERT

*Charles Okoh: is a Certified Information system Auditor with a degree in Accounting (Audits) from the University of Lagos. Charles is specialized in Web Design Development, IT Infrastructure, Strategic and Process Formulation. He also holds an B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Accounting from the Oxford Brooks University, United Kingdom. He is an affiliate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, UK. He has a lot of hands-on experience in System Audits, IT Systems Evaluation and Implementation.
