CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER NEEDED URGENTLY AT LEKKI

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • provide pricing and delivery information
  • perform customer verifications
  • set up new customer accounts
  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • manage customers' accounts
  • keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • record details of actions taken
  • prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • maintain customer databases
  • manage administration
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • follow up on customer interactions
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:
  • Females
  • OND and HND only
  • Experience in a similar role

SALES ASSISTANT IN A RETAIL OUTLET NEEDED IN AJAH



REQUIREMENTS
1.    The desired candidate must have an experience of minimum 1 year.
2.     The desired candidate must have an SSCE or OND

JOB SCOPE
  • Advise customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available from the store, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and to return to buy in the future
  • Operate cash registers and accept payment, or prepare finance arrangements (invoices and contracts, for example)
  • Take special orders for items not currently in stock, or not normally stocked, and notify customers when the items have arrived
  • Package goods for customers and arrange delivery
  • Price, stack and display items for sale and keep the store tidy and attractive
  • Participate in stock taking (counting and describing the goods in stock)
  • Arrange for the repair of damaged goods or advise on necessary repairs
  • Order items.
